Wine Flight Night: Old World vs. New World
To kick off our September wine events, we did a comparative tasting of various varietals, displaying Old World and New World styles. Local wine expert Adam Davidow guided our exploration of old and new methods of wine production, by contrasting chardonnay and cabernet franc from both California and France.
Saturday, September 29 | 6:30-8:30p
We tasted the following wines:
• 2015 Moreau Bourgogne Blanc, Cotes de Beaune
• 2016 SLH Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands
• 2015 Raffault Chinon, Loire Valley
• 2015 Andis Cabernet Franc, Amador County
Wine and cheese were provided.
The price of this flight was $20 (+ tax)
